The place was reasonably clean with a hard-working staff. I got an apartment for 6 nights and truly enjoyed it. the location was unbeatable, with a fast food outlet nearby.

This place has a modern design with excellent views and offers a wide range of food for English breakfast.

needs desperately refurbishment. pool area also needs to be improved. not somewehere i would like to stay during the day. basically you just sleep there and leave. like going back in the eighties. lifts are not enough for people and there are sometimes long delays

Great location, just a short walk to everywhere. the restaurant is very nice and perfect for a delicious meal.

Being in Protaras centre (close to restaurants, pubs, shops, etc..), close to the bus stop, and 5 min walk from the beach, the location is excellent. Protaras has a beautiful beach, very well serviced: sunbeds and umbrellas (2.50 euro each in Summer 2011) provided by the city administration and plenty of kiosks, bars, coffee shops, etc. Breakfast is good. There is free wi-fi in the reception hall. The staff is friendly and helpful. Good value for money. Overall I had an excellent holiday over there and I surely recommend it.

My bedroom cleanliness was acceptable, but not perfect. Eg. the window glass badly needed a good wash, as well as one or two items in the bedroom. Overall, the hotel is quite old looking, even if I didn't find a single thing which wasn't working properly. It was a bit noisy in the morning, especially if I wanted to sleep beyond 9am. For the same reason, breakfast closing at 9:30 was slightly challenging for me...

The beds were very comfortable, the pool complex was very clean and in order. Nice service at breakfast, a lot of choice, British oriented with unfortunately bad coffee.

Our room was facing the street with a view of the MCDonalds logo. In the night extremely loud, because some bars offer karaoke etc. until the early morning hours, without earplugs was despite closed window nothing to want with sleeping.

Fantastic location, close to Vrissiana Public Beach. Walking distance to the bus stop, only 5 minutes away. - Big bed in the standard twin room with amenities like a safe, central heating, and an electronic key card. - English breakfast served at the convenient restaurant with gorgeous food.

I was met by EXTREMELY FRIENDLY and affable staff at the lobby. Overall it was modern and airy with a nice balcony.

Kapetanios Bay Hotel is exceptional value for money and is conveniently located to the bars, restaurants and shops. The staff are friendly and speak very good English. The room was cleaned daily and the room which we stayed in overlooked the pool.

Disappointed there was no wifi in the room.

The hotel is located in a very good building near the center of Protaras. the rooms are modern and airy with lovely swimming pools. - the breakfast is satisfactory and the food is nice. - the hotel has an incredible location close to Magic Dancing Waters.

Hotel was in a good location for shops, restaurants, buses and taxis. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good with a wide choice for breakfast. Rooms were cleaned daily, rubbish collected and towels changed. Good value for money.

Not really a complaint but hotel is in need of refurbishment.

hotel was very comfortable and i found all the staff there to be very friendly and helpful, which i find very important as i often travel alone. cannot compliment staff enough. lovely receptionist, guy in shop/bar was very pleasant and friendly and the lady that cleaned my room was lovely. well done all of you and thankyou.

The hard-working staff here made my stay enjoyable and the room was spacious with a walk-in shower.

The staff make this hotel a wonderful place to stay. They were genuinely helpful and kind. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. The hotel is very good value for money and has a great location.

Everything was very good, overall clean hotel, magnificent location close to Protaras centre. The room was airy, modern, with excellent views. The English breakfast was a nice touch. The staff was genuinely helpful and we would consider staying here again.
